Beach Cottage is a self catering holiday cottage in the beautiful village of Lympstone, East Devon. Built in 1830 as a fisherman’s cottage, it is light and airy with wonderful views of the Exe Estuary from most of the windows. Equipped with central heating and a traditional woodburner, the cottage is cosy and comfortable whatever the weather. The foreshore is less than 20 feet from the front door – you can take a drink outside and enjoy watching the sailing boats on the Exe. With views towards Dartmoor, Beach Cottage is only 3 miles from sandy beaches at Exmouth and is on the new cycle path connecting Topsham to Exmouth. If you don’t want to walk or cycle, there are trains from Lympstone every 30 minutes to Exmouth or Exeter.
